How to Set Up a Withdrawal Address Allowlist
Use trusted addresses, lock periods, anti-phishing checks and small tests to reduce withdrawal risk.
Add Only Addresses You Have Verified
Copy the address from the receiving wallet or platform, verify asset, network, first and last characters and any memo or tag. Do not copy from chats, search ads or unsolicited support pages.
Use a Delay for New Addresses
When available, enable a 24–48 hour withdrawal delay for new addresses, email confirmation and multiple checks. This buys time to detect and freeze an account even if a password is compromised.
Still Test the First Withdrawal
An allowlist reduces address replacement risk but does not prove the network or memo is correct. Send a small amount above the deposit minimum first, then transfer the remainder after it arrives.
