What the 4% applies to

This is a discount on eligible trading fees, not 4% of traded notional. A

0 eligible fee would have a $0.40 discount; spread, slippage, funding and transfers remain separate. The documented discount applies only to the first $25M volume and excludes vaults and sub-accounts.
