How do I use the Liquidation Calculator?

Practical rule: keep the buffer to liquidation far wider than the asset's normal daily range. BTC routinely moves 5–10% in a day, so 10x+ leverage can be wiped by ordinary volatility. Size leverage so the buffer is ≥20% before entering.

What should I watch out for?

Maintenance margin tiers differ by exchange, and mark-price deviation plus ADL can shift the real liquidation point in extreme moves — treat the exchange's own figure as authoritative.
