Reproducible Research Workspace

Publish immutable research snapshots, verify SHA-256, compare versions, trace lineage and build citation-ready reports.

What the research workspace is for

The research workspace makes backtest and research results saveable, citable and checkable: freeze a result into a permanent snapshot with a SHA-256 hash, verify it has not changed, compare two versions field by field, and combine snapshots into a report.

Key points

Data and limits

Snapshots are public and cannot be edited, so never include emails, accounts, wallet addresses or private keys. The workspace list lives only in this browser and is lost if site data is cleared, though the public snapshots remain.

Common questions

Can a snapshot be edited or deleted after publishing?

No. Snapshots are immutable once published, which is what makes the hash meaningful. To update, publish a new snapshot and use the diff tool to show what changed.

Can other people see my snapshots?

Yes. Anyone with the snapshot ID or link can view and verify it, so never include emails, account details, wallet addresses or private keys.
